FULkANELLI is a duo devised by the magic drummer Paolo Mongardi (ZEUS!, Fuzz Orchestra) and the Grand Master of the 6 Strings Cristian Naldi (Ronin, Myse En Amibe).
After their debut on the "AGGARBATOO Vol. 1”, split-tape with Belokurov VS Marziano and the first S/T CD (which came out in an amazing packaging made of steel and wod and limited to 100 copies), they finally release a full-lenght, out on vinyl and co-produced by Lemming Records and NO=FI Recordings.
This album comes as a long impro suite, divided on 2 Sides, inspired by the Kepler's cosmograpger mistery and his conception of celestial-harmonic relationships, based on geometrically supported musical ratios: an interesting and original mix of Free-Avant Rock, 70s Prog, Kraut, Library Music and an Italian Soudtrack aftertaste. Common ingredients and interests of the so called Italian Occult Psychedelia scene. And this is a masterpiece in his genre!
It's pressed on clear vinyl and it comes into screenprinted PVC bags: artwork inspired by the Kepler's theory and made by Re Delle Aringhe.

NASTRO is an eclectic duo based in Rome, well-known for an amazing and intense live set and for their arty and wacky approach to the music: no rules for them!
"Nastro" means "Tape" in Italian:
This cassette is entirelly recorded and mixed on the Tascam Porta07, 4 track analog recorder.
Recorded and mixed directly on tape without any digital hardware or software.
This EP follows the great last 2 LPs from nastro. "300mq" and "Terzo Mondo", both release on Upside Down Recordings.

They began recording new stuff with a deep idea of doing an hip hop album, with  rythmic drums and groove bass: but the raw material slowly changed in their hands, bringing them in a totally different direction.
They started working and exploiting the deep features of the Tascam, plus modulated feedbacks, saturation, few instruments (sax, slide guitars, a broken Korg Polysix, bass) but their main instrument is the sound coming from the tape: the result is an ambient drone album which sounds unusually groovy and with a unconscious pop structure. Class!

Recorded and Mixed by NASTRO
on the 4track tape recorder Tascam Portastudio07
Guest (on Sidea A):

Adriano De Filippi (Sax)
Alessandro La Padula (Guitar, Bass, Voice).

B1 - Abisso

OvO has always been one of the most active bands in the worldwide noisy rock scene. Good friends since long time. An essential band for the italian (and not only) D.I.Y. scene.
They have been known pretty much everywhere through their 700 and more gigs, their large amount of releases, including albums, singles, collaborations, tracks on compilations, dvds, and for their original, unique music.

Glad to release their first cassette called: Abisso / Genesi.
It's made of  7 tracks: a rough cast and primitive version of what, after a while, They released on ABISSO, their LP on Supernatural Cat.
These recordings sound more "direct", dirty, nasty, with no filter. EVIL!

They’re a duo, formed by a little possessed singer and guitar player (Stefania Pedretti) and an enormous drummer who plays a mini-set like it was a full metal drum set. Their masked live performances are legendary, and they’ve played them all over the world, from Mexico to Turkey, from Russia to the US.

What they do is not easy to file. It’s not noise, not metal, not doom, not punk, not rock and roll, even if there’s a little bit of all these. Certainly it’s not free nor avant nor improve. For once, we can really say that it’s a band you can’t file.

All At Sea
LP - Black Vinyl

Music and Artwork By Dan Melchior
Mastered By V. Fisik at Hombrelobo Studio (Roma)
 Cover printed at LEGNO

Release Date: Dec. 22nd 2014

Really glad to announce the new vinyl by our beloved DAN MELCHIOR

We have been following him since the beginning with the Broken Revue, the collaboration with Billy Childish and the amazing project Dan Melchior und Das Menace. We are amazed by his own original and personal evolution from (let's say) "orthodox" garage punk songwriter (and what a songwriter! Someone said one of the best in the US, but remember, he is british) to avant rock, experimental folk / blues and weird sounds

The stuff he played changed with him, slowly affected by electronic music, Krautrock (like Can and Faust), avantgarde, concrete music... as well as a couple of the best Franco Battiatio's works (Fetus and Pollution).

ALL AT SEA consists of all these elements together: Dan wrote and builded great songs never loosing his upset melodic streak BUT breaking down and decomposing the refrain, stretching and forcing the normal structure of a song, filling it with avant-soultions and experiments: ALL AT SEA is the result.

10 songs able to keep you there - tied up - for 40 mins - in the dark

A1 - Intro
A2 - Squall
A3 - The Phantom Ambulance
A4 - A Long Night
A5 - A Story
B1 - What Happened To The Buffalo?
B2 - Ascent Part One
B3 - Ascent Part Two
B4 - Detroit

HEROIN IN TAHITI - Canicola (Cassette)

C38 - Black Cassette
Cover printed on Risograph
Edition of 100 copies

Release date: 10th Jule 2014

listen HERE a track

Raw experiment in "neorealist psychedelia” by spaghetti-wasters Heroin In Tahiti from Rome, "Canicola" is dedicated to the sun, the obsessive superstitions and the golden yellow grain of Italy as portrayed by anthropologist Ernesto De Martino in legendary essays such as “South and Magic” and “The Land of Remorse”.
Side A is a long, hallucinatory track which evokes the tyrannic heath and the mourning chants of a Mediterranean summer among ruins, olive trees and abandoned churches. Side B is composed by five short tracks which heavily rely on Italian folklore and include samples of Alan Lomax and Diego Carpitella's field recordings in Southern Italy during the 50s.
A cassette-only release, "Canicola" makes you SWEAT. One of the most intriguing and freaked out things Heroin In Tahiti made so far: for fans of Sun City Girls, Italian Occult Psychedelia, Savage Republic... and Heroin In Tahiti, of course.

CADEO - Gran Galà (Cassette)

Gran Galà

edition of 100 copies
cassette C20 + 'zine
Green Fluo Cassette

Release Date: 24th June 2014

listen HERE an extract

Visions from the past come over a wave of synthetizers and video-feedbacks: characters of the italian '80s television take back voice and presence, sound and image, striking against our virtual analog present World. A "celebration" of the dawn of the italian commercial television, through the use of its synthetic sounds/effects and its involuntary hypnotic potential.
CADEO hides 2 main figures of the roman scene: obscure characters, members of other projects such as System Hardware Abnormal, Hiroshima Rocks Around, Maximillian I, Micropupazzo on one hand and Polysick or TheAwayTeam on the other. Just a great combo!
Since CADEO is basically an audio/video project, sounds strictly connected with images, we print an old fashioned GREEN FLUO Cassette inserted into a 12 pages 'zine
limited to 100copies.
Be fast!
